Okay, so there are a few ways to create sheets.
1:, you can use a word processor program such as Microsoft office and then E-mail/Private message the sheet to your Storyteller by Copying and pasting. I think this one is the best way to go however this can be time consuming.
2: you could use Mr Gone's character sheets. He has PDF sheets that you can edit, but however, it depends on what version of Adobe Reader you are using, some versions will not let you save the sheets, but his sheets are awesome anyway so please go visit his site, you will not be disappointed, I assure you.
If you can save the PDF sheets, then e-mail the sheets over to your storyteller.
3: There is a program called Vault of Darkness, this lets you create, open and edit character sheets, it even has a dice roller! the only drawback is it does not let you create sheets for Promethean: The Created and Hunter: The Vigil, but still worth looking at, you can export them as a word file as well, making it useful for copying and pasting.
